Question 1

What is a 360 virtual tour?

Accepted Answer

A 360 virtual tour is an interactive walkthrough that lets viewers explore a property room by room from any device. Unlike a video, the viewer controls where they look and which room they visit next. Our 360 tour software turns panoramic photos into that walkthrough in minutes.

Question 2

How much does 360tours.studio cost?

Accepted Answer

Building and previewing tours is free. To publish, you either spend credits (pay as you go) to keep one tour live for a fixed period, or subscribe to Active Spaces. Active Spaces plans are Standard £49/month (50 live tours, 5 brands), Sales Pro £129/month (100 live tours, 10 brands), Ultra £249/month (300 live tours, 20 brands), or Enterprise (unlimited, contact sales). Prices are in GBP, billed monthly, with no long-term contract.

Question 3

Is there a free plan, and do I need a card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You get 10 free credits when you sign up — no card required. Building and previewing a tour is always free; credits are only spent when you publish. Ten credits are enough to publish your first tour, for example for a full year (10 credits) or a shorter period such as 7 days (2 credits).

Question 4

What is an Active Space?

Accepted Answer

One Active Space = one live published property experience. Only live tours consume an Active Space — expired, archived or unpublished tours release it. Credits get your tour live; Active Spaces unlock the professional platform: branding, floor plans, AI sales tools and analytics.

Question 5

How do I share a tour on portals, my website and social media?

Accepted Answer

Every tour has a share link and an embed code. Embed the tour directly on your own website, add the tour link to the virtual-tour field on supported property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, and share the same link by email, WhatsApp and social media. Buyers open it in any browser — no app or download.

Question 6

Do I need special camera equipment?

Accepted Answer

Any 360 camera works — Ricoh Theta, Insta360, Matterport and others. Upload equirectangular panoramic images directly from your camera app or SD card.

Question 7

Can I add an AI voiceover to my tour?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The AI Agent Guide lets you write or generate narration scripts per scene, record your own voice, or use AI text-to-speech. Multi-language versions are supported.

Question 8

How does hosting work, and what happens when it expires?

Accepted Answer

Tours are hosted on ReHub infrastructure. With credits, hosting runs for the period you choose (7 days, 30 days, 6 months or 1 year). When it expires the tour simply goes offline — your scenes, hotspots and settings are kept, and you can republish any time by spending credits again. On Active Spaces plans, each live tour occupies one Active Space for as long as it is published; archiving a tour releases the space for another property.

Question 9

Can you do live guided virtual viewings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Run a guided live tour and walk a buyer through the property in real time — show up to 10 properties in 30 minutes instead of a full day of driving.

Question 10

Do you offer Matterport 3D tours?

Accepted Answer

Alongside interactive 360 tours we support Matterport-style 3D scans with dollhouse and floor-plan views. Choose the format that best suits the property.

Question 11

Can tours be branded to my agency?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tours are fully branded with your agency logo and colours on paid plans, so every walkthrough reinforces your brand across portals and your website.

Question 12

Do you cover the whole UK?

Accepted Answer

Tours can be built and hosted anywhere — upload your own 360 photos from any location. Capture services through Photoplan cover the whole of the UK and worldwide.

Question 13

Can I tour commercial properties?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 360 tours work for office, retail and industrial space, letting remote tenants explore the layout, condition and scale of a unit in their own time.
